What to include in the Refund Policy
Generally speaking, a Refund Policy often addresses these types of issues: the timeframe for asking for a refund; will the refund be full or partial; under which conditions will the customer receive a refund; and much much more.
Please carefully review your order before confirming your purchase. All sales are considered final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any products.
Any item that is broken during initial shipment will be replaced to you at no charge. Please contact hello@gaplates immediately to report any breakage received. Photos showing the damage must be included. Instructions for return of your broken item will be given at that time and a replacement item will be ordered and shipped to you at no charge.
